Governance, risk and compliance for Saudi regulation

Defined.
Defended.
Proven.

CIYAJ keeps every control your organization answers to under NCA, SDAIA and NDMO in one record: who owns it, the evidence that proves it, who reviewed it and how it scores. Assessors see everything in one place, and every gap becomes a corrective action with an owner and a due date.

Who it is for

One platform for the organizations that comply and the firms that assess them.

For organizations that must comply

CISOs, data protection officers and GRC offices in government entities and the private sector.

  • One record of controls, owners, evidence and reviews across 37 frameworks
  • Scores with the denominator, the approval trail and the evidence behind them
  • Ready for an assessment on any day: evidence kept current, owners reminded
Explore the platform

For consulting and audit firms

Firms that deliver NCA, PDPL and NDMO assessments and compliance programmes for their clients.

  • A read-only Audit Room for your assessors, with an end date on external access
  • Control tests on reproducible samples, and the NCA workbook exported
  • Deployed at each client, in the client's own Microsoft 365, under your look and name
See how firms use CIYAJ

The platform

One record for everything compliance needs.

Six capabilities share the same controls, people and evidence, so nothing is typed twice and every result can be traced.

  • 01Library and applicability37 frameworks with their official text. CIYAJ works out which apply to which parts of your organization, and says why.
  • 02Owners and coverageEvery control has an owner, contributors and the parts of the organization it must reach.
  • 03EvidenceDeliverables proven by files. CIYAJ reads each file as it is uploaded and fills in what it can.
  • 04Review and validationLine manager, second line and the Compliance team review in turn, in the app or by email.
  • 05Scores and historyGrades, three measures and every control's result in every cycle.
  • 06Actions and assuranceCorrective actions, exceptions, control testing and attestation campaigns.

For assessors

One place for the assessor to see everything.

The Audit Room shows a cycle as it stands, domain by domain and control by control, read-only. Internal assessors and external auditors work from the same record the organization works in.

Automation

The follow-up runs itself.

CIYAJ writes every notice to one outbox, and Power Automate does the sending, the chasing and the collecting, under your own Microsoft 365 accounts.

  • One outbox for every noticeAssignments, review requests, returns, validations and renewals go out from your team mailbox. A failed notice can be sent again.
  • Approvals where people already workReviewers answer approval cards in Outlook and Teams. CIYAJ applies an answer only after checking who answered, that they were asked and that the request is still current.
  • One reminder a day, not tenReminders before a step is due and escalations when it is overdue, grouped into one message per person each working morning.

Common controls: answer once, apply to each.

Example

Many requirements repeat across frameworks. A common control is answered once and applied to each requirement it meets; each framework still validates it in its own right.

Questions

What buyers and assessors ask first.

Where is our data kept?

In your own Microsoft 365: SharePoint lists and libraries on your site, and Power Automate flows under your accounts. CIYAJ keeps no copy.

What do we need to run CIYAJ?

Microsoft 365 with SharePoint Online and Power Automate. A site owner installs the package and follows the set-up in the app, and the flows are imported as one solution.

Can external auditors use it?

Yes. The External Auditor role gives read-only access to the Audit Room until an end date you set. After that date the role gives nothing.

Does CIYAJ use AI to decide compliance?

No. CIYAJ reads uploaded files and regulator documents to fill in what it can and to suggest links between frameworks. People decide: owners rate, reviewers approve and the Compliance team validates.

Is CIYAJ approved by NCA or SDAIA?

No. CIYAJ is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by NCA, SDAIA or NDMO, and it does not replace your organization's own accountability.

We are a consulting firm. How do we work with CIYAJ?

Deploy CIYAJ at each client, in the client's own Microsoft 365, under your look and name. Your assessors work in the Audit Room and test controls on reproducible samples. Choose "A consulting or audit firm" in the form below.
